A Wipro Service Desk Agent is about to access your user session on your PC with Bomgar. This is an approved application that allows remote desktop support by – Wipro’s Service Desk Agents. The use of this tool is subject to the following privacy notices:

Before connecting :
Please make sure to close any open confidential/restricted or private files and programs before you proceed with the session key provided, you will see several pop-ups to initiate the remote support session.

During the session :
Please remain in front of your computer while the Service Desk agent is connected and do not leave your device unattended. You may terminate the session at any time by clicking ‘STOP SHARING’ in the Bomgar session.

After the session:
No recordings are made of the session with the support agent, the information gathered during the session may be used to update the problem and resolution information for the reported issue.
